Warranty
All products purchased from SnugHomeLiving come with a 6-month warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, everyday wear and tear, or natural disasters.
Refund & Return Policy
- Change of Mind: Unfortunately, SnugHomeLiving does not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
- Faulty or Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, including details and photos. If a return is approved, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Do not send the item without first contacting us to initiate the process.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email if it has been accepted. If approved, the refund will be processed minus a 25% restocking fee. The credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days, though it may take up to 10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider. Please note that any original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If your item was damaged during transit, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the item, including photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement of the damaged item or part, subject to eligibility.
